Huisdierencrematorium Weesp, (hereinafter referred to as: HC Weesp) processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. It concerns the following data:

- Phone number
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Details about the pet (species, name)
- Cremation form chosen (individual, collective, water cremation)
- Date and time of cremation
- IP address (when using the website)
Purpose of data processing
HC Weesp processes personal data on the following legal bases: consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest. HC Weesp processes your personal data in order to:
- Contacting you (by phone or in writing)
- Perform our services and fulfill agreements
- Informing you of changes to our services
- Comply with legal obligations
Retention period
Your data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as long as we are required by law to keep it.
Sharing with third parties
HC Weesp only shares your data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. With processors we conclude a processor agreement according to the AVG.
